Payment

I accept Paypal for payment. You can pay using a credit card even if you’re not a registered PayPal member.  Let me know if you have any questions about payment options.

Shipping

I will ship after payment is received.

I ship via UPS or USPS Ground, usually one day a week.  Expect at least 10 days for delivery.  If you are seeking something by a specific date, please contact me in advance to schedule.

Most items will be shipped with insurance and a confirmation number. When possible I will use recycled packing material.

For shipping outside the continental U.S., the customer pays for the actual cost. Please contact me in advance to determine method and amount.

Tax

Only Texas residents will need to pay sales tax, at the rate of 8.25%.

Satisfaction Guaranteed — Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your painting! If for some reason you are not, just let me know within 7 days of receiving it. After contacting me, you may return it for a refund, minus the shipping and handling costs (there and back). You may exchange the painting for another painting (or paintings) of equal value within 30 days of your initial order, plus the cost of shipping.

If your item was damaged during shipping, do not discard the packaging material, and contact me immediately.

Color Accuracy

All photographs on this site attempt to visually represent the paintings as accurately as possible. There may be slight variations in colors due to differences in lighting and monitors.
