Included in Five New Etsy Treasuries Yesterday! – 1/22/2011

For the past couple of months, I’ve been part of a group of Etsy fine artists—the Finding Fine Art Team (now up to 250 members)—whose mission is to bring more attention to the excellent fine art hidden within the gazillion pages of other handmade items on Etsy. One of the ways we attempt to draw more attention to the wonderful artwork on Etsy is by highlighting each other’s work in Treasuries.

Yesterday, some of my work was included in FIVE Treasuries. At this rate, sooner or later, I will actually sell a painting on Etsy. (As it happens, an Etsy post led a buyer to purchase a painting of mine last week, though they came to my own website here to complete the purchase).
