You may use images of my artwork for non-commercial purposes only; you are encouraged to write glowing things about my work, and link to me :) ; you are discouraged from using any of my images for any purpose that does not relate to me or my art career; you are forbidden by U.S. copyright law from making a profit from my work without my permission.

I have used a limited number of images in limited sizes of other artist’s artwork on my blog for educational purposes, and to bring positive attention to them.  Should you feel that I have overstepped my bounds, please just ask me politely to cease and desist from using your image, and I will do so.  No harm is intended in my use of your imagery.

*Fair Use

Fair use is a doctrine in United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders, such as use for scholarship or review. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor balancing test.
