New Posterous Blog

Testing, testing…

I am testing out both Tumblr and Posterous, as I have a new idea for a blog, and I want to see if either of these are the right tool for the job.  There’s much to love about both of them, and yet they both have some limitations.

Right now, I’m blogging from Posterous, and it should auto-post to most of my other online social networks, as well as to my WordPress, Blogger and Tumblr blogs.  (So, if you see this more than once, don’t hate me; I’m trying to work out the paths and any possible redundancies…).

Wish me luck!

Painting has nothing to do with thinking, because in painting thinking is painting. Thinking is language – record-keeping – and has to take place before and after. Einstein did not think when he was calculating: he calculated – producing the next equation in reaction to the one that went before – just as in painting one form is a response to another, and so on.

  • The swirls of cloud look so good in encaustic. Probably much better in person too where you can see the depth of the medium that photos can rarely capture. Great drama!
